Long Cottage directions
Exit from the M5 at Junction 27 then take the A361 to Barnstaple
Stay on the A361 to Barnstaple - do not be tempted to turn right to Ilfracombe at South Molton
On arrival outside Barnstaple - follow the signs for Ilfracombe and cross the New Bridge
Turn left at Traffic lights signed Ilfracombe A361
At the Cross Roads in Braunton, straight on and continue through the village of Knowle
Approx 1/2 mile after Knowle turn left signed Upcott, Nethercott
Continue on lane, at fork do not branch right into Nethercott!
1/4 mile past Nethercott you have arrived at Upcott (2 houses)
Long Cottage is the 2nd house on right - unsurprisingly the long cottage on the roadside!
